TINA SEDERHOLM
EVERYTHING WRONG WITH YOU IS BEAUTIFUL (BOOK)

Tina's first full-length collection of poetry. A celebration of the blunders, losses and questionable choices encountered while attempting to live a worthwhile life. Tina finds profundity in profanity, wisdom in a cold caller and gets real about money. She is equally seduced by eight-foot gods and cupcakes via awkward sex talks and dubious shopping experiences. Somehow, it all works out.

THE VELVET BOX (BOOK)

Seventeen poems in which Tina explores love, sex, chocolate, holidays and the wisdom of choosing 'poet' as a career.  She navigates a path between our ideals and reality, seeking to make something useful and heartening out of what she discovers. Sometimes she's funny, at other times poignant, yet somehow always finds a way to the nub of things.

WORDS OF A HORSEMAN (BOOK)

Tina's father Lars was one of the most well-regarded and famous equestrian trainers of his time.  In a career that spanned four decades, Lars was winner of the Tony Collins trophy for leading event rider in Great Britain for three years in a row, trainer to the Olympic teams of four different nations, and teacher to riders such as Michael Whitaker, Caroline Bradley, Graham Fletcher, Yogi Breisner, William Fox-Pitt, Mary King, David O'Connor, Richard Walker (youngest ever winner of Badminton), Henrietta Knight, Luis Alvarez Cervera.  In later years he was Consultant Head of Training to the BSJA (now British Showjumping) and implemented the first national coaching programme.
However, he always refused to write a book.  But Tina did persuade him to sit down and tell his stories, the stories that illustrated his philosophy of training horses and riders, the one his pupils, now many of them respected trainers in their own right, still refer to.  This is the result of these conversations.
